FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: diaphysar longitudinal washer is applied onto bone and fixed by wood screws. Lateral joists, installed individually, move along lateral washer. Lateral joists are fixed by wood screws to longitudinal part of washer at level of neck of hip. Front and back compressing rods are put through openings in joists. Rods are disposed outside cavity of joint, namely onto front and back surfaces of capsule of joint. Rods are introduced into bodies of bones, forming head of the femur, till achieving compressing osteosynthesis. Method provided stable fixation of fractures, reduction in traumatism and shortened period of treatment. Device has diaphysar washer, joists, compressing rods, needles and cap. Joists have threaded openings at ends for compressing rods and they have openings for wood screws. Joists are fixed lateral to diaphysar washer by means of wood screws. Each compressing rod is made with sharpened front and external threaded ends, with central longitudinal channel, which turns outside close to base of mentioned front end. Channel intends for moving needle. Needle has extendable and external threaded ends. Extendable threaded end intends for engagement by means of thread inside spongy bone. External threaded end is used for screwing flat nut, which pulls the needle. External threaded end is capable of turning to prevent shift of nut. Cap covers external ends of needles and compressing rods; cap is fixed against diaphysar washer. Additional correction at breaks of hip joint is provided without traumatism of spongy structure, blood circulation system, nervous and lymphatic systems. Regeneration and consolidation of bone fractures of hip joint neck and pain relief are provided during post-operational period due to exclusion of traumatism of muscles by extending parts of device.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of treatment; pain relief.
