FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for control of bogie turning when negotiating curved sections of track. Proposed device contains side supports with pull-back devices or second stage of spring suspension on bogie frame, wheel pairs with axle boxes, first stage of spring suspension, two pneumatic cylinders or two hydraulic cylinders installed on bogie frame or diesel locomotive body. Housing of each pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder equipment with floating single-side acting pistons is connected with body of pusher whose rod is passed through end face wall of housing and is furnished with support heels on ends. One of heels is installed in cylinder housing with clearance relative to its piston equal to amplitude of transverse or longitudinal oscillations of body relative to bogie frame. Thrust spring is installed between second thrust heel fitted on free end of rod and pusher housing. Locomotive body or bogie frame are provided with bracket installed relative t thrust heels so that thrust springs are compressed through half of working stroke of pusher rods. According to second design version, said device is made so that housing of pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder with double-acting floating piston is connected with housing of two pushers whose rods are passed through end face walls of housing an dare furnished with thrust heels on ends one of which is arranged in cylinder housing. Balance springs are installed between thrust heels in cylinder housing and pusher housings, and thrust springs are arranged on free ends of rods and housings of their pushers. Locomotive body or bogie frame are furnished with two brackets installed with clearance, relative to thrust heels of free ends of pusher rods, equal to amplitude of transverse or longitudinal oscillations of body relative to bogie frame.
EFFECT: reduced resistance to movement of diesel locomotive when negotiating curved sections of track, wear of wheels and rails, increased kilometrage of run between wheel flange turnings, run between overhauls, reduced fuel consumption.
