SUBSTANCE: this locomotive comprises body coupled by support-and-return devices with bogies provided with spring suspensions composed of helical compression springs and mounted axle boxes coupled by dos with bogie frame. It differs from know designs in that said dogs are composed of cylinders with spring-loaded pistons, piston chamber being communicated via pipelines with slide air pressure control valve supplied from locomotive brake system standby air tank.

EFFECT: higher reliability due to lower wear of wheel flanges.
