FIELD: railway transport; rolling stock lubrication facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has reservoir for lubricant communicating through pipeline with meters-nozzles and consisting of housing, piston with plunger and which, as reservoir, are connected through electropneumatic valve with main air line, and it contains also control unit. Reservoir has linear dimensions of horizontal surface considerably exceeding the height and it is installed so that level of lubricant in reservoir is either at level or somewhat lower than level of inlet holes to supply lubricant to meters-nozzles and it is furnished with return valve with normalized throttling of air discharge through electropneumatic valve into atmosphere. Meters-nozzles have charging oil space of regulated volume made in plunger in form of ring groove of cross section whose double area is not less than area of cross section of outlet channel of nozzle part and is arranged in initial position behind charging hole from reservoir with overlapping between working surfaces of plunger and housing. Piston and housing are provided with mated lapped ring surfaces accommodating ring spaces connected through drain channel with outlet hole of nozzle part. Meters-nozzles are installed according to scheme of double-support resilient with support of lengthened nozzle part, provided with curvature on end section and endpiece for hinge joint, against wheel-motor unit through shoe with grooves, flexible guide with bending in lower part with curvature in middle part and ring in upper part, and socket with hinge joint, and also support with increased liability of housing of meter-nozzle onto bogie frame.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability of functioning of proposed lubricating device.
