FIELD: building, particularly construction of large-scale reservoirs on circular foundations.
SUBSTANCE: vertical cylindrical reservoir includes bottom with annular plate supported by circular foundation and overburden of mineral soil arranged below reservoir bottom. Reservoir bottom has reinforcing annular plates located in points of maximal bottom deflection. Annular plated are connected with lower ends of bar located in lower and upper tiers. Upper ends of lower bar tier are welded to cylindrical reservoir shell. Upper ends of upper bar tier are inserted into cylindrical reservoir shell and have adjustable lengths. Cylindrical shell is reinforced from outside thereof by rigid rings located at levels of upper bar ends connection.
EFFECT: possibility of uniform settlement of reservoir bottom during exploitation thereof, prevention of substantial bottom deflection, increased shell stability.
