FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in a vertical cylindrical tank including a roof, a vertical wall, a pile foundation with an annular grillage, a flat bottom and a system of flexible elements, behind the vertical wall there located are spatial columns built on broadenings of the annular grillage. A structural covering is installed above the columns. As flexible elements tension bars with adjustable length are used, which are connected to the tank bottom by means of hinges, located with the specified pitch in a plan view and pass through tight guides arranged in the tank roof.
EFFECT: providing uniform settlements of the tank bottom during operation.
