FIELD: suspension arrangements for wings, particularly roller mechanism for sliding door wings movement along lower guiding means.
SUBSTANCE: roller mechanism has device for securing door wing into lower guiding means. Rotary part of roller unit, which provides door wing rolling also serves to absorb shocks and oscillation during door wing movement. Roller mechanism has right bracket for mechanism securing to door and roller unit. Roller unit position is adjusted along length inside bracket to facilitate door movement. Rotary part of roller unit consists of bearing, hub and elastic molded member of bearing hub. Shore hardness of elastic molded member is 90 - 98. Body of roller unit has fixer extensions, which secure body into lower guiding means during vertical movement of door wing. Fixer extensions include hard lower end and elastic molded member with Shore hardness of 40 - 60.
EFFECT: enhanced service operational characteristics of roller mechanism, increased operational serviceability along with simplified structure.
