FIELD: hermetic connection of cylindrical parts, metal parts with ceramic parts in particular in vacuum lines and in excessive pressure lines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed joint is used for coaxially mounted parts made from materials possessing different mechanical properties, for example ceramics and steel; proposed joint includes connecting member made from memorized-shape effect material. Part to be connected which has higher magnitude of Young's modulus is made with lesser diameter as compared with other part; gasket is laid on this part which is made from plastic material and its outer diameter corresponds to outer diameter of other part; connecting member is made in form of sleeve with sealing band on inner surface.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of joint.
