FIELD: devices for crushing materials; construction engineering; agricultural and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed crusher has housing, crushing chamber, inlet neck, outlet neck, vortex chambers, rotor, concave, screen, additional concaves and flow forming units made in form of wedge with working surfaces and inclination regulator. Mounted on screen at area where it is connected with vortex chamber are additional concaves made of riffled strips; angle of riffles ranges from 45 to 50-90 deg.; working surfaces of air and material flow forming units are changeable at friction coefficient of 0.25 to 0.65; these surface may b also made at adjustable angle of inclination of 25 to 40 deg. relative to level.
EFFECT: improved quality of grinding; possibility of obtaining smooth granulometric composition; reduced power requirements.
