FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal pumps for handling sewage, manure, etc. proposed pump contains impeller 2 with blades 3 installed in housing 1. Blades are secured between driving disk 4 and cover disk 5. It has also suction neck 9 with seal 7 installed at its outlet. Driving disk 4 is provided with ring bead 8 on outer surface. Pump has slot labyrinths. First slot labyrinth 9 is formed by stepped surface of seal 7 and surface of outer thickening 10 made on cover disk 5 and projecting parts of lower edges of blades 3. Second slot labyrinth 11 is formed by outer surfaces of driving disk 4, ring bead 8, large radial teeth 12 made on peripheral part of driving disk 4 and inner surface of housing 1 with ring projection 13 located between ring bead 8 and large radial teeth 12. Small radial teeth 14 made on projection 13 are designed for contacting with large radial teeth 12. Channel 15 is made in zone of inlet edge of each blade 3 on driving disk 4, axis of channel being orientated in parallel with line of tilting of leading edge of blade 3. Suction neck 6 is installed in housing 1 for axial displacement.
EFFECT: improved reliability of pump in operation.
