FIELD: power engineering, namely production of heat power and electric energy with use of solar irradiation and flows of air.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes new additional members and links: electric heater mounted in reservoir with heat accumulator and connected through drives with generator; first heat exchanger placed in space between transparent and light absorbing surfaces along the whole area of cone. First heat exchanger is connected through pressure and draining pipelines arranged inside plant respectively with first pump through suction pipeline and with reservoir having heat accumulator. Plant also includes second heat exchanger with cooled heat transfer agent arranged along lower base of cone; third heat exchanger insulated from outside heat penetration and placed at outlet of suction pipe and connected through pressure and draining pipelines with second pump and with second heat exchanger. First and fourth heat exchangers are connected one with other, with heat accumulator and with user. Second heat exchanger is connected with third heat exchanger.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of plant due to stable draft and rational use of heat.
