Locking unit has door condition sensor, flip-flop, amplifier, key unit, actuating unit, and locking unit power supply; floor switch has zero shaper, unity shaper, microprocessor unit, amplifiers, resistors, signaling units, and floor switch power supply; each signaling unit has capacitor and loudspeaker with remote entrance door unlocking button connected thereto; controlled power supply has inverter and four electronic switches.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of device due to transfer of control signals overpower circuit.
