SUBSTANCE: invention uses door intercommunication system as a core of integrated multi-functional controlling and monitoring system, invention includes transformation of it to system of collective safety, including the purpose of minimization of consequences of emergency situations, system control pollution of air in apartment (through determining concentration of light aero-ions and maintaining their amount optimally, control over air moisture level and maintaining it optimally, especially in winter period); conference communication function, including video conference communication capability, controlling of possible gas leaks in the entrance, usage of system as both video door intercommunication system and video phone.
EFFECT: increased reliability, comfort of operation, serviceability, resistance to interference, expanded functional capabilities, increased efficiency of usage of energy resources.
