APPARATUS FOR PREMILKING UDDER TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heat-insulated vessel, branch pipe with valve for connecting vessel to water supply system of milking unit and branch pipe with valve for supplying washing liquid to valve-type sprayer. Hollow corrugated vacuumizer is mounted within heat-insulated vessel. Space between vacuumizer walls is connected through union and hose to vacuum pipeline. Vessel is connected via hose to water supply system of milking unit and corrugated vacuumizer is filled with washing liquid to required level controllable by means of viewing window, followed by closing of valve and disconnecting of hose. Before milking procedure, valve is connected to vacuum pipeline, valve is opened and washing liquid is supplied to valve-type sprayer. By depressing sprayer valve, operator directs washing liquid onto animal's udder with force regulated by valve. Upon completion of udder rinsing procedure, operator releases sprayer valve to interrupt supplying of washing liquid.

EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency of udder treatment.
