FIELD: equipment for hardware industry, in particular, manufacture of steel cables.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for cable twisting machine has sections mounted on rotor of cable twisting machine, each section being adapted for carrying three guiding rollers. Middle guiding roller is positioned for reciprocation in radial plane of machine, perpendicular to blank feeding axis, and is equipped with hydraulic drive having oil station and hydraulic cylinders connected in parallel with pressure pipeline of oil station. First two-position hydraulic distributor and adjustable hydraulic throttle are positioned in succession between oil station and hydraulic cylinders operating in single direction and equipped with return springs. Hydraulic distributor is controlled by electromagnetic means. Output of adjustable hydraulic throttle is connected to each hydraulic cylinder through reducing valves with proportional electromagnetic control. Piston cavity of each hydraulic cylinder is connected through return valves with second two-position hydraulic distributor controlled by electromagnetic means.
EFFECT: increased precision of tension regulation and enhanced reliability in operation.
