FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rope production and can be used in production of reinforcement and other steel ropes. Device of permanent tension of wires during steel ropes laying comprises frame fixedly connected with rotor of rope machine and alternating bending device with guide rollers installed on frame. According to the invention, alternating bending devices comprise guide rollers installed in-series and stationary with reciprocal motion, alternating-sign bending devices are arranged in carriages installed with possibility of rotation relative to frame, carriages are kinematically connected to the frame, on each of the carriages the driven gear is stationary installed, along the perimeter of the frame the epicyclic gear is fixed, on the frame are installed with possibility of rotation of pinions-satellites, which are engaged with epicyclic gear, secondary gears fixedly fixed to gears-satellites and intermediate gears, which are engaged with secondary gears and driven gears of carriages, wherein ratio of number of teeth of epicyclic gear to number of teeth of pinion-gear corresponds to ratio of number of teeth of driven gear and secondary gear.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing of distribution of stresses in wires uniform along length and section.
