FIELD: oil production industry, particularly for preventing accumulation of mineral salts and ferric sulfate in oil wells and in oil-field equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method involves treating produced water during oil extraction with mixture containing phosphorous-containing agent and additive and injecting treated water into bed. Aqueous solutions of alkali metal nitrates or ammonium nitrate are used as the additive. Ratio between phosphorous-containing agent and additive is from 1:1 to 1:4.
EFFECT: prevention of depositing mineral salts and ferric sulfate, which are products of reaction between iron ions contained in produced water and hydrogen sulfide.
