FIELD: detonating devices of an impact mechanical fuse actuated by a preset mechanical force, used in blasting operations in the oil and gas extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: placed in succession in the device body are a striker, deformable member, primer detonator, axial duct, lead charge, block-detonator, the stepped striker is freely installed and fixed on the surface of the deformable member by a nut turned on the body and having a partition with a hole, whose diameter equals the lesser diameter of the stepped cylindrical striker. The lead charge and the block-detonator are made as a separate assembly having an aluminum cap with a weight of powder of high explosive pressed in it to a half of its height, inserted closely to the block-detonator of thermoplastic high explosive and having a shaped recess in the lower part lined with metal foil and closed with the aluminum cap. The lead charge-block-detonator assembly is fixed by a nut having a hole in its partition, whose diameter is less than the diameter of the aluminum cap closing the block-detonator.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of device operation, reduced value of the impact minimum energy required for its operations, improved adaptability to manufacture and enhanced safety at assembly of the device.
