FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out transesophageal electrostimulation of the left auricle and tetrapolar thoracic rheographic examination, determining initial heart beat rate value, final diastolic pressure in the left auricle in the sate of rest and after finishing electrostimulation. Coronary-myocardial index is calculated based on the mentioned data as ratio of critical stimulation frequency to the difference in final diastolic pressure values after and before stimulation. The value being equal to or less than 50, lowered coronary and myocardial reserve is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
