FIELD: medicine, pharmacology, immunology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates an agent comprising essential phospholipids and proposes to use its for the following aims: for retention and recovery structure and function of thymus, lymphatic nodes, spleen and for retention lymphoepithelial parenchyma in cortex and medullar substance in them; thymocytes and lymphatic node and spleen cells; ultrastructure of mitochondria and granular endoplasmatic reticulum; ultrastructure of reticular epithelial cells and lymphoblasts, T-lymphocytes and macrophages; ultrastructure of hematothymic barrier in thymus; for delaying transformation of cells of thymus, spleen and lymphatic nodes to fibroblast-like cells; for activation neoangiogenesis in lymphoid organs; optimization of transendothelial exchange in them; enhancing micropinocytosis activity of endotheliocytes, elevating formation of microvilli and growths on luminal surfaces of endotheliocytes; for improvement of protein-synthetic function of cells of these organs, elevating amount of ribosomes in them; optimization of energy-producing function of cells of these organs; for enhancing content of functionally active lymphoid tissue in them, enhancing proliferation of lymphoepithelial tissue and reducing apoptosis rate; enhancing process of cellular restoration; optimization of secretory activity of subcellular structures, process of secret extrusion; for reducing degree of infiltration of thymus, spleen and lymphatic nodes by plasmatic and eosinophilic granulocytes, mast cells; for retention and recovery structural-functional parameters of endotheliocytes of circulatory capillaries in thymus, spleen and lymphoid nodes; reducing degree of perivascular and stromal fibrosis in thymus, spleen and lymphatic nodes, diminishing amount of reticular cells in them and microfilaments in endotheliocytes; reducing degenerative-dystrophic changes in thymus, spleen and lymphatic nodes; delaying involutional rearrangement of lymphoid organs; normalization of immunostructural homeostasis; enhancing immune response for T-dependent antigen; activation of T-cellular link of immunity. Invention provides protection of lymphoid organs against vibrating damage effect.
