DRAINAGE SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2233941 C1

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, drainage soil amelioration.

SUBSTANCE: drainage system has drains, collector, hermetically sealed accumulating vessel provided with inlet and drain branch pipes and divided therebetween into two isolated chambers hydraulically communicated with one another via vacuumizer. Upper and lower chambers are communicated with one another via additional vacuumizers made in the form of pipes with gauged orifices. At least one of pipes is made of capillary-type, with gauged orifice arranged below upper cut of main vacuumizer in upper chamber, and is lowered under water level in lower chamber, said water level being higher than lower cut of main and additional vacuumizers.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation of drainage system, intensified drainage process owing to reliable charging of vacuumizers for pulsed washing of drainage pipe cavities from silts, including, at negligible flow rates of influx water.
