FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for pumping water into injection wells by means of centrifugal pump installed in pit located near injection well. Proposed pumping unit contains multisection centrifugal pump with vertical drive installed in pit with casing string. Design peculiarity of pumping unit is that delivery pipeline is connected with wellhead nipple tangentially, and unit is furnished with flow guide made in form of two semitoruses, located one over the other, and forming smooth channel from pump to casing zone of string, the latter being provided in lower part with blind bottom in form of plate whose convex part is pointed to side of pump, with thickened wall towards periphery. Wellhead nipple is provided with self-sealing packing installed in its flange.
EFFECT: reduced capital outlay and operating costs.
