FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely, to field production processing of oil wells. Method for discharge of associated-produced water and gas separately in cluster of wells of oil deposit includes process of separation of associated-produced water and gas from oil and gas-liquid mixture, which is production of oil wells, in plant, which includes sealed cavity in form of vertical pipe with small cross section relative to its length, with located inside vertical pipelines: supply of oil-and-gas-liquid mixture, selection of associated-produced water, selection of oil-and-gas-liquid mixture, which tightly enter the plant, with gas line for selection of associated gas, which is connected to internal cavity of the plant. Process is performed by means of supply of oil-and-gas-liquid mixture from top to bottom along separate inlet pipeline into middle part of plant, with subsequent turn of oil-and-gas-liquid mixture in opposite direction at end of inlet pipeline by means of device, as a result, the oil and gas-liquid mixture exits the device, gets into the inner cavity of the plant and rushes upwards. Associated-production gas, which is in it in free state, is separated from oil-and-gas-liquid mixture and accumulated in upper part of plant, thus forming a space filled with gas, with clear interface of "gas-liquid" – liquid level. Below liquid level accumulated layer of oil, and below oil layer is associated-produced water, extraction of associated-produced water is carried from bottom-up from lower part of plant, which is filled with associated-produced water, on separate water line, end of which is equipped with device. Removal of oil-and-gas-liquid mixture from plant is performed from its middle part from below upwards through separate outlet pipeline, outlet of which is made from installation in its upper part, associated-produced gas production is performed from the inner cavity of the installation in its upper part filled with free gas through the upper part of the plant via a separate gas line.
EFFECT: separation of maximum possible volume of associated water and gas separately from oil and gas-liquid mixture with high gas factor, with minimum residual content of oil products in associated-produced water.
