FIELD: medicine, pediatrics.

SUBSTANCE: children in Far North are subjected for immunization with live parotitis vaccine in attainment vaccination age in children. Vaccinations are carried out from May to August being independently of baby birthday date. Children with medicinal contraindications are vaccinated also. Method provides enhancing the effectiveness of primary vaccination and to reduce number of repeated vaccination.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of vaccine prophylaxis.
