SUBSTANCE: the suggested vaccinoprophylaxis should be performed due to periodic injection of diphtheria, tetanus toxoids and pertussis vaccine by taking into account calendar's graph, but, moreover, the next vaccination should be carried out not less than 2 mo before leaving the areas of Far North and other climatic areas and not earlier than 3 mo after entering the regions of Far North being from other climatic areas. The method provides high titers of antidephtheritic, antitetanic antitoxins and antipertussic antibodies for 12 min in this group of vaccinated children.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
