FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has longitudinal axle, distal end and proximal end with fitting recess propagating inward into the implant body for rigidly fixing connection journal of medical element therein. The implant makes connection to internal fitting recess side surface by means of geometrical or mechanical force locking in animal or human bone tissue. The connection journal corresponding to the fitting recess makes connection to internal fitting recess side surface by means of geometrical or mechanical force locking. To allow quickly gaining and breaking engagement of medical element and implant, lateral surface of the fitting recess has at least one recess arranged in perpendicular to longitudinal implant axis making undercut engageable with radially outward directed protrusion of elastic clamping member of connection journal. The internal lateral surface of the fitting recess has ring-shaped groove receiving the clamping member protrusions. A protrusion is arranged relative to the ring-shaped groove so that it is completely insertable into the ring-shaped groove. The protrusion becomes narrow when moving towards the distal end of the elastic clamping member.
