FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device is arranged and fixed with its fitting area in fitting recess and is removable. When being set, the device projects with its rim beyond the fitting recess cross-section. The device has through hole coaxial with longitudinal axis. The device is fixed in fitting recess by applying geometric or force closure using conic end segment of elliptic section that is insignificantly less than fitting recess in the implant and/or by means of fastening members introduced into the corresponding ring-shaped grooves. The through hole allows rod-like member to be introducible so that it is brought in contact with its distal supporting surface to supporting surface of the fitting recess bottom.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of fastening using threadless connection; simplified method for removing the stem member.
