FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: electrical toothbrush has elongated casing equipped with handle, head and elongated portion arranged between handle and head and having smaller cross-section than handle. Head has movable bristles. Head and elongated portion have sizes allowing these components to be introduced into user's mouth for teeth brushing. Toothbrush has engine operatively connected to movable bristles for driving thereof. Head has one movable part adapted for accommodation of movable bristles therein and arranged at head end opposite to other end adjacent to end of elongated portion. Elongated portion is caused to vibrate by shaft arranged inside said elongated portion. Shaft is operatively connected with its one end to engine and with its other end to movable part. Toothbrush has immovable part arranged on first end of head and adapted for accommodating of immovable bristles.

EFFECT: improved brushing of teeth in rear part of mouth cavity due to availability of movable part.
