Electric toothbrush has longitudinal axis. Handle has hollow internal area, and electric motor is installed inside hollow area. Movable holder of bristle comprising multiple movable bristles is installed on head. Drive shaft connects electric motor with movable holder of bristle for motion of movable bristle holder and bristles installed on movable bristle holder. Head has bristles located on it. One or several bristles may be located on static part of toothbrush head. Motion of drive shaft and/or movable bristle holder actuates at least part of one or several bristles located on static part of toothbrush head.

EFFECT: increased cleaning efficiency of natural or artificial human or animal teeth due to combination of fixed and pulsing movable bristles.
