FIELD: medicinal and pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing nitroglycerin-containing medicinal agents used for arresting acute attacks of stenocardia. Pharmaceutical composition for preparing tablets comprises an active substance, accessory substance, antifriction substance and binding agent. The composition comprises substance of nitroglycerin with glucose as an active substance, and mannitol, ludipress and aerosil as an accessory substance and, additionally, microcrystalline cellulose as a disintegrating agent and components are taken in the definite ratio. Invention provides the development of composition for producing tablets with uniform distribution of active substance and less subjected for effect of friction under condition of the complete correspondence for quality required by Pharmacopoeia.
EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal and pharmaceutical properties of composition and tablets.
