FIELD: crushing and concentration equipment.

SUBSTANCE: mill has casing incorporating shaft, bowl-shaped rotor with radial ribs, screening surfaces, detachable and upper rings, charging branch pipe, cover, funnel, discharge trough, screw jacks, bearing units and V-belt transmission pulley. Mill is equipped with closing kinematic mechanism including gears fixed in upper and lower parts of rotor shaft and engageable with gears, which are arranged axially with respect to one another, and loading device using closed circuit power created by loading, within material torque elastic deformation limits, of shaft with moment equal to moment causing material destruction.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption.
