FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding and crushing equipment for processing of minerals and may be used, in particular, in coal, mining, metallurgy and construction material production industries. Self-locking mill comprises a drum resting on a cup-shaped rotor through the lower bearing assembly, electric motor connected with cup-shaped rotor by means of lower half-coupling, hopper, bumper spring, brake lining. Brake lining is mounted on hydraulic cylinder rod end equipped internally with bumper spring intended for rod returning to original position. Piston part of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with working fluid tank via drain pipeline equipped with check valve and connected with outlet of centrifugal pump via pressure pipeline also equipped with a check valve. Inlet of the centrifugal pump by means of suction pipeline equipped with a filter is connected with working fluid tank and shaft of turbine wheel of the centrifugal pump by means of upper half-coupling is engaged with driven pulley of v-belt drive. Driving pulley of v-belt drive is mounted on the driving shaft with a pinion engaged with a gear fixed on the drum.
EFFECT: self-locking mill is characterized with high reliability and safety in operation and maintenance due to the absence of structural rotating parts and mating mechanical components.
