FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing oil to processing. The composition for dehydration and desalting oils with simultaneous protection of equipment against asphaltene-resin-paraffin sediments comprises block-copolymer of ethylene and propylene oxides, oxyalkylated polyester resin and solvent. The composition comprises sorbitol-base block-copolymer of ethylene and propylene oxides as a block-copolymer with the mass content 26-33% of ethylene oxide and 67-74% of propylene oxide and molecular mass 20000-30000 Da. The composition comprises diepoxide H-101 representing glycol-base diepoxide of block-copolymer of ethylene and propylene oxides as oxyalkylated polyester resin. The ratio of components in the composition, wt.-%: block-copolymer of ethylene and propylene oxides indicated above, 30-45; diepoxide H-101, 2-20, and solvent, the balance. The composition is effective for destruction of oil emulsions in coal-carrying gallery with high content of high-melting paraffins and high-mineralized stratum water and provides protection of oil-field equipment against asphaltene-resin-paraffin sediments at simultaneous reducing the specific consumption index.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and valuable properties of composition.
