FIELD: mining industry, particularly anchoring bolting for slice mine development during kimberlite ore extraction with the use of combine in upward mining in permafrost body.
SUBSTANCE: anchoring bolting includes screw-in anchor made as load-bearing rod with conical support member coupled with load-bearing rod having lesser base formed at lock end thereof. Anchoring bolting also has fastener created of powder material arranged in space between bore-hole surface and screw-in anchor, support member bounding fastener from bore-hole head side, support plate and claw nut located on extending end of load-bearing rod. Load-bearing rod with support member, as well as support plate and claw nut are molded of synthetics with crystal structure. Load-bearing rod and support member have through channel diverging towards deep end of anchoring bolting. Tube for powder material delivery through orifice in larger base of conical support member is arranged in the channel. Remainder part of through channel serves for venting air displaced during fastener creation from space between bore-hole surface and screw-in anchor surface. The space communicates with through channel by means of side orifices formed in support member. Extending end of load-bearing rod and claw nut have multi-start threads.
EFFECT: reduced labor intensity due to simplifying technology of bore-hole filling with powder material, decreased material consumption due to creating through channel with definite form in load-bearing rod and support member.
