FIELD: power engineering industry; turbine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed two-seat valve being stop, regulating and return valve of turbines with parameters lower than atmospheric pressure and provided with two main parts-seat and valve, is designed for faultless instantaneous cutoff of steam delivery into turbine by signal. Cylindrical device with inner ribs makes it possible to change turbulent rotation of steam leading to vibration of valve and wear out of key in keyway into laminary straight flow of steam getting into seat ports. Stabilizer provides sufficient economic effect owing to disappearance of resistance to steam flow in valve with loss of pressure. Valve acquires absolute reliability and longevity. Adequate tightness at closing, stabilization of steam flow along all duct from inlet into branch pipe to outlet into control members, excluding possibility of wedging with provision of high repairability coming to inspection and preservation of designed direction of forces acting on rod under all operating conditions. So, invention improves concepts of progressive improvement of design of two-seat valves at preservation of high serviceability, reliability, economy and repairability.
