FIELD: machine manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering industry and is meant for regulating the pressure of outlet steam from energetic turbines. Emergency regulation valve contains a case, lid for stopping and regulating valves, stopping and regulating valves with profiled surfaces, perforated cylindrical holes and flowing steam. There are rods with locking heads, a clack seat with bilateral bore diameters, safety mesh, relief seat and work support bush. Work support bush has two aligning relative to the longitudinal axes surfaces with a length equal to 0.2÷0.4 from the general length of the bushing. These surfaces are situated inside the bushing on its edges with the angle of engagement not more than 160°. Radius of the centering sleeve equals the external radius of the outer centering sleeves of the regulating valve. Radius of the other internal surfaces of the support of the work support bush equals the sum of the radius of the centering sleeves and radial clearance. Radial clearance equals 0.3÷0.5 mm.
EFFECT: reduction in contact stress and reduction in wear and tear of the surfaces in contact of the components of the valve.
