SUBSTANCE: method involves forming windrows of felling debris by means of picker effectuating shuttle motions on strips of cutting area; rooting stumps over the entire cutting area by means of root extractor-collector; moving rooted stumps to windrows of felling debris by means of extractor-collector effectuating reciprocal motions perpendicular to axes of windrows of felling debris for forming single windrows of felling debris by moving along common windrows from one boundary of cutting area to other boundary.
EFFECT: provision for keeping of fertile top layer of ground and burning of windrows of felling debris for complete removal of felling debris from newly cut area.
