FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has external tube, internal tube and stiletto. The external tube has internal fixing member with worm thread of variable cross-section on the end to be introduced. Movable external fixing member is mounted on the opposite manipulation end. It has conic worm thread of worm projections increasing in size when moving towards manipulation end and connecting pipe with relief cock. The internal tube has hollow rounded obturator end piece on the end to be introduced and rounded closed obturator end piece with central opening on the manipulation end. The stiletto is hollow all along its length and also has central opening on the manipulation end and outlet openings on the tip. The like outlet openings are available on worm projection apex of the internal fixing member arranged the most close to the end to be introduced.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reliability in fixing puncture opening.
