FIELD: medicine, in particular, devices and methods for laparoscopic punctures and drainage of hollow organs, as well as for application of anastomoses between them. SUBSTANCE: the device has two coaxial hollow tubes positioned in a spaced relation, the internal tube is made rigid. The tubes have a permanent joint at the working end. The external tube has two systems of longitudinal cuts spaced at 3 to 5 mm. The systems of slots are shifted relative to each other by a spacing equal to half the interval between them. A catch-stopper is fitted on the internal tube, and an external catch - on the external tube. An elastic cap with slots is fitted on the device working end. Besides, the external and internal tubes may have through holes.
