SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing medicinal formulations of enterosorbents. Compositional enterosorbent as a powder mixture comprises hydrolytic lignin, microcrystalline cellulose, pectin and highly dispersed silicon dioxide in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: hydrolytic lignin, 25.0-35.0; microcrystalline cellulose, 25.0-35.0; highly dispersed silicon dioxide, 25.0-35.0; pectin, 4.0-6.0. Highly dispersed silicon dioxide is used as polysorbent or aerosil and natural or modified apple or citrus pectin as source of pectin. Enterosorbent can be made as tablets with additives: 2.0-4.0% of starch and 0.5-1.0% of calcium or magnesium stearate. For preparing enterosorbent hydrolytic lignin preliminary wetted to moisture content 70% is mixed successively with pectin, microcrystalline cellulose and highly dispersed silicon dioxide, dried to moisture 5-9% and in necessary tableting enterosorbent is powdered with a mixture of starch and magnesium or calcium stearate. The prepared compositional enterosorbent elicits the enhanced adsorption capacity.
