SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of the thin-wall hollow plastic wastes comminution, for example, for grinding the second-hand polyethylene terephthalate bottles. The rotary shredding machine for thin-wall hollow plastic wastes contains: a base, a feeding device in the form of rubber-coated rolls, a working chamber consisting of a rotor with a set of side milling cutters inclined to its axis, spacing taper washers, and an opposite direction cutting plate with arc-type gaps. The feeding device is supplied with a splined shaft moving in a vertical plane and mounted in front of the rotor above its horizontal axis and above the opposite direction cutting plate. The upper edge of the opposite direction cutting plate is located under the rotor horizontal axis. Before the feeding device the transportation vehicle is located. The invention allows to produce stable sizes of particles at grinding of waste products, insures high productivity and prevents pulling of the partially grinded bottles from a zone of grinding.
