SUBSTANCE: method involves removing yeast and exposing non-ripe beer to thermal processing, with following directing through bioreactor filled with carrier material with immobilized yeast thereon. Said carrier material is substantially composed of wood particles and/or particles produced from grass plants.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced production costs.
