FIELD: inclinometers, particularly orienting systems for movable objects used to control well deviation.
SUBSTANCE: sensor has three identical flux gates with sensitivity axis forming equal angles with longitudinal axis of cylindrical body. Flux gates are arranged so that each flux gate may be aligned with other flux gates by rotation thereof about longitudinal axis of cylindrical body through the angle of 120o. Magnitudes of angles between sensitivity axes of flux gates and longitudinal body axis lie within the ranges of [, 90o-] and [90o+, 180o-], where and - angle magnitudes depending on admissible error of geomagnetic field vector measurements.
EFFECT: decreased size and increased measuring accuracy.
