FIELD: measurement technology; applicable in well logging for determination of angular position of wellbore and in geomagnetic navigation for vessel course determination. SUBSTANCE: inclinometer has body with gimbal, weight-eccentric, two singlecomponent magnetosensible transducers, three accelerometric transducers, three magnetosensible transducers and voltage distributor. Gimbal rotation axis is collinear to longitudinal axis of inclinometer body. Weighteccentric and two single-component magnetosensible transducers are located on gimbal in a definite manner. Voltage distributor is connected to outputs of the first and second magnetosensible transducers. Three accelerometric transducers and three magnetosensible transducers with orthogonal sensitivity axes are rigidly connected with inclinometer body. Sensitivity axis of the third magnetosensible transducer is colinear to axis of gimbal rotation. Axes of sensitivity of accelerometric transducers are collinear to respective sensitivity axes of magnetosensible transducers. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced weight, provided measurement of angular position of inclinometer body and well whose zenith angle varies form 0 to 180 dwg. 1 dwg
