FIELD: aircraft industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pneumatic amplifier designed for aircraft actuators automatic control systems. Pneumatic amplifier has pneumatic cylinder with covers accommodating piston, inlet nonadjustable, throttles and adjustable nozzles at outlet arranged opposite to each other, distributing devices of nozzle-gate type whose gate is coupled with armature of electromechanical converter. Gate is made in form of thin-walled tetrahedral cup with cylindrical inner part with hole made in cup bottom to pass rod. Connection of rod with armature is provided by press-fitting rod in armature. Head on end of rod arranged in cup is made to provided turning of cup relative to head in any plane passing along axial line of rod through angle exceeding maximum angle of turning of electromechanical converter armature. Depth of fitting of rod in electromechanical converter armature is chosen to make straight line connecting centers of outlet holes of nozzles pass along outer surface of rod head.
EFFECT: provision of quick action of control actuator.
