FIELD: nondestructive inspections of parts by means of roentgen rays.
SUBSTANCE: localizer has laser, television system, reflector installed at point of intersection of television system objective and X-ray beam. Novelty is introduction of two additional microscopic lasers whose axes are parallel to one another and to X-ray beam axis; these lasers are spaced through definite distance apart. Focal length of television system objective is related to raster size of television system CCD matrix by certain equation.
EFFECT: enhanced measurement accuracy, eliminated human errors in distance readings, improved ergonomic characteristics.
