FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has pump, accumulating reservoir and metering hydraulic cylinder with controllable piston stroke connected to pouring head via three-way cock. Renewable unit is added to the design. It has two measuring hydraulic cylinders with pistons and controllable three-way cocks switchable to discharging and filling position. The hydraulic cylinder pistons are connected to crank mechanisms via tension spring devices. Crankshafts of the mechanisms are connected to controllable supporting members and camshaft drive manufactured as hollow shaft bearing cams. Driven shaft is connected to the hollow one via controllable clutch with pedal operation. Accumulating reservoir, pouring heads and connecting rods are detachable. The renewable unit is removable.
