FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has measuring hydraulic cylinder 1, floating piston 2 with permanent magnet 3 located in the hydraulic cylinder. Control unit 4 is electrically coupled with pickups 5 and mounted in the lateral wall of hydraulic cylinder 1. Control unit 4 also has electromagnetic three- way valves 6 and 7. Pickups 5 are mounted on guiding strip 8 and provided with locking screws 9. Hydraulic control throttle valve 10 is mounted in front of valves 6 and 7 on the solution supply line. Attachment end piece 11 with removable pouring head 12 is mounted on the dose supply line. Pump 14 with hand drive, intermediate pressure vessel 13, reserved metering unit 16 are connected in series to the solution supply line through three-way cock 13. Attachment end piece 11 is made in the form of two coaxially mounted spring-loaded cylinders with supporting flanges attached to the cylinders from the side of their own ends. The flange of the external cylinder has a slit for the head nipple, the head being made in the form of nipple and ring-shaped collector, coaxially arranged and communicating with each other.
