FIELD: pharmaceutical technology, pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tableted powders preparing by spraying drying and containing large content of food oil based on non-hydrolyzed gelatin and to a method for preparing such tableted powders preparing by spraying drying method. Indicated food oils can represent vitamin E. Dried powder prepared by spraying contains non-hydrolyzed gelatin and food oil taken in the definite ratio of components. Method involves dissolving non-hydrolyzed gelatin in hot water at temperature 50-60o C and homogenization is carried out up to formation of drops with an average diameter ≤ 0.8 mc. Invention provides the improvement of quality of tableted powders with larger oil content that can attain 90% that allows addition of more active substance to tablet of a smaller size.
