FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing substance under test with carrier and solvent compounds. Preliminarily melted white petrolatum is introduced as the carrier. Mixture comprising water in the amount of 75-82% of total mass, acetone 15-20% and ethyl alcohol 3-5%. The white petrolatum is taken in g and solvent in ml in 100:11 proportion. A substance under test, carrier and solvent are stirred during 7-10 min to produce homogenous mass.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in determining allergic skin contact responses and irritation responses, and sensitivity to chemical compounds under test in given concentration.
